For men & women ages 18-65, who have been diagnosed with depression previously. Must not have any other major medical or mental health conditions.Β

More information coming soon. For men and women ages 35-70 with Type-2 diabetes with an A1C of 7.5 to 10.5, and no history of heart disease, no gastric band/bypass.
Compensation up to $10,000
For men age 55+ and women 65+ with diabetes, prediabetes, metabolic syndrome, and no history of heart attack or stroke.
Compensation up to $700
For men and women ages 55-95 who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Must not have any other major neurological or psychiatric condition.
Compensation for patient and caregiver up to $3,400
